CAN DO 2®

2008 dates will be announced soon.

Because MS is a changeable disease, the two-and-a-half day CAN DO 2 Program gives graduates of CAN DO a way to update and modify their personal program.

This program re-evaluates physical abilities, updates the current exercise and lifestyle program, and provides renewed motivation for maintaining health.
