GENERAL INFORMATION
An introduction to The Heuga Center and its philosophy, our JUMPSTART Program is often held in collaboration with other MS organizations or care providers. Offered throughout the country, our free one-day JUMPSTART program introduces The Heuga Center philosophy and mission of teaching people with MS how to focus on their health instead of their disease. Each JUMPSTART program is customized and covers topics ranging from how to deal with cognitive and fatigue issues to goal-setting, nutrition, exercise and maintaining emotional well-being. Each JUMPSTART also updates participants about the latest developments in MS management.
