This is the beginning of a very busy week.  I'm in Louisville today and had the opportunity to speak with members of the team at the Baptist MS Clinic.  Dr. Stephen Kirzinger and other members of his team got together and provided me the opportunity to speak about The Heuga Center's philosophy of health and wellness in living with MS, a philosophy they subscribe to already.  Tomorrow, I have the opportunity to speak to their "Healthy Steps" lunch bunch about similar topics.  It is a wonderful opportunity to speak with people living with MS and their care providers about the importance of rehabilitation and health promotion when living with MS.

There were some difficult travels to get here (because we were getting so much snow today), but I'm glad I was able to get here and participate in such an interesting discussion.  I look forward to tomorrow and hope the discussion is just as fruitful.
