McAllen, Texas- September 28th

It has been a long time since I last reported in, so as I sit here in McAllen, TX, I am reflecting on all the activity since our Plymouth, MN CAN DO program.  We have had many JUMPSTART programs: Salt Lake City, Orlando, FL, Albuquerque, NM and Cheyenne, WY.  The programs have been well received and I thank the different local chapters of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for their assistance and support of these programs.

Next week we have our last CAN DO program of 2007 in Vail.  While I enjoy traveling to the different locations and meeting all the people who take part in our programs, it is always a pleasure to 'host' people at our home.  October is always a wonderful time in the Vail area with the aspens changing, cooler temperatures (hopefully not too cool) and excitement of the upcoming holidays.

I'm in McAllen to speak to a group of therapists about The Heuga Center and management of people living with MS, specifically spasticity management.  I look forward to the opportunity and as always..look forward to returning home.  Brian
